Philosophy

Touch is the fundamental medium of massage therapy. Through touch, one tries to preserve, stabilize or restore the harmony of the body.

Massage therapy involves the manipulation of the skin, musculature and the underlying soft body tissues. The impulses absorbed by the nerves transmit sensations to the brain and cause the release of endorphins which act to relieve pain in the body. By stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, the massage can also positively influence your respiration, blood circulation and the whole digestive system.

Each person is unique and has their own dynamic and history. I "feel and touch" intensively, in order to provide a sense of deep relaxation and achieve the most effective result possible.

My massage routine is always individually and intuitively tailored to the moment.
